1. Who you are contracting with

These terms are between you and Rajesh Yadav trading as Bloomy ("we", "us", "our"), the seller and operator of bloomyapp.site, the Bloomy app, and the digital products sold here (including Couple Test and the book Let Them Hate You). Our business address is H.No.270, Dilshad Garden, Delhi 110094, India. By using this site or purchasing from it, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian has reviewed and accepted these terms on your behalf.

2. Our order process — Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Dodo Payments provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Dodo Payments' Buyer Terms.

3. Digital products

Couple Test is a digital product unlocked per play session for a one-time payment shown at checkout (currently $2.99). Each purchase unlocks one result reveal for the completed game session on the device used at checkout. Because the result is revealed immediately, it is a digital product delivered instantly at the time of purchase. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our products for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, copy, or reverse-engineer them.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse our services. That includes: unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing intellectual property, attempting to disrupt or probe our systems (including malware and scraping), and circumventing payment or technical limits. You are responsible for any activity that happens through your device or email address.

5. Intellectual property

We own all rights in the Bloomy name, website, app, game content, text, design, and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.

6. No medical advice; no guarantees

Bloomy's content and predictions (including first-period estimates) are educational only and are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about health concerns. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that predictions will be accurate. The service is provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill), and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access to our services if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, or create a security or fraud risk. When access ends, game progress stored in your browser may be lost — no accounts or server-side copies are kept.
