We want you to love what you bought. If you're not satisfied with a purchase from Bloomy — including Couple Test — you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. No hoops, no hard feelings.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and reseller, Dodo Payments. You can:

• Reply to your Dodo Payments receipt email to request a refund, or
• Email us at itsherbrilliance@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout, and Sofia from our support team will sort it out for you.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card provider. Dodo Payments' own Refund Policy also applies to purchases.

A note on digital products

Our digital products (like a Couple Test result reveal) are delivered instantly. By completing checkout, you acknowledge delivery begins immediately. This does not affect your 30-day money-back guarantee above or any statutory rights you may have.
