Who we are

This website and the Bloomy app are operated by Rajesh Yadav trading as Bloomy ("we", "us", "our"). Our business address is H.No.270, Dilshad Garden, Delhi 110094, India. Rajesh Yadav is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us at itsherbrilliance@gmail.com.

What we collect

  • Email address — if you join our newsletter or book waitlist (via Substack), or contact support.
  • Purchase information — when you buy a digital product (such as Couple Test), payment is processed by Dodo Payments. We receive confirmation of your purchase and the email you used; we never see or store your card details.
  • Support messages — anything you send us when you email or write to us.
  • Anonymous usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited and feature usage counts, only if enabled.
  • Device & technical data — IP address, browser type, and approximate device information collected automatically for security and analytics.

Your cycle and health data stays on your device. The Bloomy app stores period, symptom, and prediction data locally by default. No cycle data leaves your phone unless you enable optional cloud backup. Answers given inside Couple Test game stay in your browser and are never sent to our servers.

Why we use it (purposes and legal basis)

  • Providing purchases — to unlock the digital product you paid for. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
  • Newsletter & waitlist emails — to send you the emails you signed up for. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw anytime via the unsubscribe link.
  • Customer support — to answer your questions. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
  • Security & fraud prevention — to keep the site safe. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
  • Product improvement — anonymous analytics to understand what works. Legal basis: legitimate interests or consent where required.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not show ads. We do not require an account.

Who we share it with

  • Dodo Payments (Merchant of Record) — our reseller and payment processor, which handles checkout, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing. Dodo Payments processes your payment data under its own privacy notice (dodopayments.com/legal/privacy-policy).
  • Substack — our newsletter provider, if you join the mailing list or book waitlist.
  • Service providers — hosting, analytics, and email tooling needed to run the site, under data-processing terms.
  • Professional advisers and authorities — legal or accounting advisers, and public authorities where required by law.

International transfers

Some of our providers (including Dodo Payments and Substack) process data outside your country, including outside the UK/EEA. Where this happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

How long we keep data

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above: support conversations for up to 24 months, purchase records for as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically up to 7 years), and newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email itsherbrilliance@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and keeping health data on-device by default.

Cookies

This site uses only essential storage needed to operate (for example, remembering your Couple Test game progress and unlock status in your browser). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear this data at any time via your browser settings.
